Most projects deliver preview selects within 14 business days and the full archival gallery within 30 days. We do not rush retouching.

Roughly IDR 10 Million or the equivalent of a half-day shoot. If the project is smaller but the work is interesting, we will occasionally take it on, but we do not advertise this.

All projects include perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive usage rights for the commissioning brand. Third-party usage is licensed separately with clear fees.

Everything we deliver is a full buyout in perpetuity, worldwide, all media. The only thing we keep is the right to put the work in our portfolio and submit it for awards, with appropriate credit.

Invisible. We correct colour, tone, and remove temporary distractions. We do not reshape architecture, furniture, or people. The frame is kept honest.

Both, roughly fifty-fifty. We do not take meetings with people who cannot sign off on the final selects.

We shoot commercial motion on the same days as stills when requested. Full HD or 4K when asked. Licensed music, sound design, and a hero edit delivered.

14-bit RAW capture. Colour-managed end to end. Two on-site backups at capture, one off-site geographically separated. Every deliverable exported as TIFF, PNG, and JPEG. A cloud drive couriered to you within 30 days, and a copy in our server for one years.

50% deposit to lock dates, 40% on principal photography wrap, 10% on final delivery. Cash, Bank transfer, and credit card/ paypal (additional 5% from the total cost) options available.

Wardrobe for talent is handled either by the client or by a dedicated wardrobe stylist we engage on your behalf. We maintain a small rail of neutral linens and basics for editorial portrait shoots, but it is not a replacement for a proper styling brief. If talent is required we recommend confirming wardrobe at least two weeks in advance. For portrait commissions we are happy to do a 30-minute styling call and a moodboard free of charge.

Absolutely — we encourage it, within limits. The ideal client on set is present for the first and last hour of each day, available for a mid-afternoon pull-up review of selects on the laptop, and trust us in between. If you need every shot approved before we move on, that is absolutely fine — we just build that approval time into the schedule and you will see it in the quote. We only ask one thing: if you have feedback on a shot, give it to the lead photographer, not to the talent or the art director mid-take.

Yes, in-house. For shoots outside Indonesia we check the local regulations at quoting stage and either bring our certified pilot or engage a trusted local one. We do not fly in rain, wind over 15 knots, or within five kilometres of any airport without explicit written permission.

Yes, and it is our most requested booking format. A typical stills + video package is two days principal photography: one day dedicated to stills with a two-person stills crew, one day dedicated to video with a three-person crew (DP, gimbal op, assistant). The stills crew shoots B-roll stills on the video day, the video crew picks up hero motion on the stills day. A combined package usually saves clients between 15 and 25 percent compared to booking them separately.

Sony and all other gears that back up your project

All retouching is done in-house by our two full-time retouchers. No outsourcing, ever. The workflow: photographer selects and rates in Camera or Lightroom, lead retoucher does a first pass on tone and crop, client reviews selects, final retouch pass, delivery. Heavy retouch (skin blemishes, dust, distracting background elements) is applied uniformly across the gallery. We do not do liquify on bodies or faces unless it is explicitly requested and agreed in advance.

Standard delivery: JPEG (high-quality, 300 DPI) and 16-bit TIFF upon request, both full-size and web-optimised (2400px long edge). RAW files are not included as standard — for the same reason a chef does not send you home with the raw ingredients. If your in-house design team requires RAW access we can include the full RAW set at a 25% premium on the stills fee.

Every outdoor shoot has a weather back-up day built into the quote at a reduced holding fee (typically 30% of the day rate). This is non-negotiable for exterior hospitality and resort work. We watch three weather models and make the call the evening before by 20:00 WITA. If we roll to the back-up day, the holding fee is credited. If both days are unusable, we refund the remaining balance in full.

We do not own a permanent studio. For product, F&B tabletop, and controlled portrait work we hire two preferred studios in the Bali area — one with a 7m cyc wall, one with daylight from three sides and a fully equipped commercial kitchen for food shoots. Studio hire is billed at cost. On-location is our default for hospitality, interiors, and environmental portraits. Half the work on an on-location shoot happens in the recce day before: sun path, power locations, furniture swap options, backup interior spaces.

We take two photography interns per year, usually one from March to May and one from September to November. You need to own a camera body and at least two prime lenses, have a portfolio link that shows you understand framing, and be willing to do the boring work.
